Political Poison: The Rants & Ravings Of A Political Junkie
You may never have heard of Jay Griffin, but that should come as no surprise. Even though he has been performing standup comedy since 1989, he is not yet a household name. A self-described "slacker extraordinaire," Jay has refused to live on the road and tour relentlessly across the United States in order to become famous. His stage name and MySpace screen name is Just an Unknown Comic and it suits him well because he is just an unknown comic, but his comedic genius has been compared to that of the now-deceased comedians Lenny Bruce and Bill Hicks, and the living comedians Denis Leary and Lewis Black.
Even though he is a standup comic by trade, Jay is a self-described "political junkie" who has a severe disdain and distrust for politics and politicians alike. That's why he keeps a very close watch on them. We here at SIN Magazine Online feel this is what makes Jay perfect for the role as our political commentator.
We here at SIN Magazine Online are pleased to have Jay come aboard and we know that he will be delivering a commentary on politics and the current state of our government from a perspective that is unlike that of anything you will see anywhere else.
